Data Collection on Our Website
Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Their contact details can be found in the imprint of this website.

How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected, on the one hand, by you providing it to us. This can be data you enter into a contact form.
Other data is automatically collected by our IT systems when you visit the website. These are mainly technical data (e.g., internet browser, operating system, or time of the page view). The collection of this data happens automatically as soon as you enter our website.

What do we use your data for?
Part of the data is collected to ensure the error-free provision of the website. Other data may be used to analyze your user behavior.

What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right to receive information free of charge at any time about the origin, recipients, and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. For this and any other questions regarding data protection, you can contact us at any time using the address provided in the imprint.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Furthermore, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances. Details can be found in the privacy policy under “Right to Restriction of Processing”.

Analysis Tools and Third-Party Tools
When visiting our website, your surfing behavior can be statistically evaluated. This is primarily done with cookies and so-called analysis programs. The analysis of your surfing behavior is usually anonymous; the surfing behavior cannot be traced back to you.
You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. Detailed information on these tools and your opt-out options can be found in the following privacy policy.

2. General Notes and Mandatory Information

Data Protection
The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
When you use this website, various personal data are collected. Personal data is data by which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.
We point out that data transmission on the internet (e.g., communication by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Note on the Responsible Entity
The responsible entity for data processing on this website is:

Lucas Feustel
LF Social Media Marketing
Wartburgstraße 19
08525 Plauen
Contact:
Phone: +49 (0) 176 72778829
Email: info@marketing-lf.de

The responsible entity is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g., names, email addresses, etc.).

Revocation of Your Consent to Data Processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can revoke a previously given consent at any time. An informal email notification is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to Object to Data Collection in Special Cases and to Direct Marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
If data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this privacy policy.
If you object, we will no longer process your affected personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights, and freedoms or the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims (objection under Art. 21(1) GDPR).
If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for such advertising purposes; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is related to such direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will no longer be used for direct marketing purposes (objection under Art. 21(2) GDPR).

Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. The right to lodge a complaint exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.

Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive data that we process based on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract automatically in a common, machine-readable format or to have it transferred to a third party, where technically feasible.

SSL or TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the change in the browser address line from “http://” to “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Access, Blocking, Deletion, and Correction
Within the framework of applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient, and the purpose of data processing, and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. For this and other questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.

Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. For this, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

  • If you contest the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we usually need time to verify this. During the verification period, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.

  • If the processing of your personal data happened/is happening unlawfully, you can request restriction of data processing instead of deletion.

  • If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend, or assert legal claims, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.

  • If you have objected under Art. 21(1) GDPR, a balance must be made between your and our interests. As long as it is not yet clear whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data – apart from their storage – may only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.

3. Data Collection on Our Website

Cookies
Our websites use cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies.” They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.
You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for specific cases or in general, and enable the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. When cookies are disabled, the functionality of this website may be limited.
Cookies required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions you desire (e.g., shopping cart function) are stored based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. If other cookies (e.g., cookies for analyzing your browsing behavior) are stored, they are treated separately in this privacy policy.

Server Log Files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version

  • Operating system used

  • Referrer URL

  • Host name of the accessing computer

  • Time of the server request

  • IP address

These data are not merged with other data sources.
The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free display and optimization of its website – for this, the server log files must be recorded.

Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is thus based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal email is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected.
The data you entered in the contact form remains with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Inquiries by Email, Phone, or Fax
If you contact us by email, telephone, or fax, your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and/or on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), since we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries directed to us.
The data sent to us via contact requests remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after processing your request). Mandatory statutory provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.

4. Social Media

Social Media Plugins with Shariff
Plugins from social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, XING, LinkedIn, Tumblr) are used on our site.
You can usually recognize the plugins by the respective social media logos. To ensure data protection on our website, we use these plugins only in conjunction with the so-called “Shariff” solution. This application prevents the plugins integrated on our website from transmitting data to the respective provider when you first enter the page.
Only when you activate the plugin by clicking the corresponding button is a direct connection to the provider’s server established (consent). Once you activate the plugin, the respective provider is informed that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you are logged into your social media account (e.g., Facebook) at the same time, the provider can associate your visit to our site with your user account.
Activating the plugin constitutes consent within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.
